My blog / 1

Hello, everyone!

This is my blog to introduce myself, and to improve my language skills.
After three weeks staying in Japan, I learned a few of new things already!
For example, you have to go on the left side at pedestrian areas here.
But there is too much to see walking through Osakas streets, so I get unattentive and walk on the right... I hope the people of Osaka forgive me, I will train for it.
Also I met a lots of people from other countries, which is very interesting.

So I hope to learn Japanese fast, and to improve my English, too.

Hope to see you at the course!

  1. Good Japanese :) but I think you need to change these two sentences!

  2. You've learned a thing which I'd never thought about!
This is a kind of thing which dictionaries won't be able to tell
Hope you'll learn more during you stay in Japan.
    BTW,
Which side of the escalator do you stand on when you are not in a hurry so that people who are in a hurry can walk up/down smoothly.
We stand on the right in Kansai area (where you are now), but they stand on the left in Kanto area (where Tokyo is) . It differs from area to area. Isn't it interesting? Check it out when you ever have a chance!

    1. In Germany I think we stand always on the right side. But I don´t know if there are differences between areas in Germany, too.
